Die Premium Düsen von PrimaCreator sind eine Serie von Ersatzdüsen, die einen größeren Einfluss auf das Druckergebnis haben können, als Sie vielleicht denken. Eine hochwertige Düse ist wie ein scharfer Bleistift – sie ist unerlässlich für einen großartigen Druck.
Hochwertige Materialien
Alle Düsen von PrimaCreator werden aus hochwertigem Messing oder Stahl (je nach Typ) hergestellt und in einer hochmodernen Fabrik gefertigt. Jede Düse wird mit einer Toleranz von weniger als ± 0,01 mm produziert. Dies sorgt dafür, dass Ihr Filament beim Extrudieren eine sehr glatte und klare Oberfläche hat, was natürlich zu besseren Druckergebnissen führt.
- Nach diesem Prozess durchläuft das Material ein Ultraschallreinigungsbad und wird anschließend erneut gereinigt und gegen Oberflächenoxidation geschützt.
- Die Düse wird nun mit Millimeter-Präzision geformt, die Toleranz liegt bei weniger als ± 0,01 mm.
- Der Prozess der Entfernung von scharfen Kanten an den Düsen ist ein sehr wichtiger Schritt, da dies einen großen Teil des Ergebnisses ausmacht. Wenn zu viele scharfe Kanten an der Düse verbleiben, erhöht sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Verstopfungen. Daher ist es entscheidend, dass die Düse vor der Verwendung sehr glatt und sauber ist. In jeder Charge werden einige Düsen ausgewählt und halbiert, um sicherzustellen, dass jede Spezifikation erfüllt ist und die Oberfläche in perfektem Zustand ist.
- Die Düsen werden dann ein letztes Mal überprüft und einzeln in einer schützenden Box verpackt – bereit für den Versand zu Ihnen.

Der Herstellungsprozess
- Der Prozess zur Herstellung einer PrimaCreator-Düse beginnt mit einem ausgewählten hochwertigen Material. Wenn das Material die Fabrik erreicht, erfolgt zunächst eine optische Inspektion des Materials, das für jede Charge von Düsen verwendet wird. Anschließend wird das Material eingespannt, das heißt, es wird zu einem langen Stab verarbeitet. In unserem Prozess geschieht dies nur einmal; in vielen anderen (günstigeren) Fällen muss dieser Prozess mehrfach wiederholt werden, oft bis zu 3-4 Mal, und dennoch erzielt man nicht die gleichen Ergebnisse.

Does not swallow fur

My Puppy Loves this Indestructible Dragon

My puppy (8 month old black lab mix) loves, loves, loves her dragon. She has had it for 2 months now. It is one of her favorites and gets daily rough play time. It's her go-to toy for fetch and tug games, as well as just general mouthy play. The squeaker gave out after about 4 weeks, but she would binge squeak for prolonged periods (kind of like chomping on gum) so it was almost a blessing when it went silent. She still chomps on it, but at least now I don't have to hear it. Other than the fact that it's a little grungy and bedraggled from so much loving, it is still in amazing shape. The seams and fur are all still intact. There are no visible holes, rips, or weak spots. I love Chew Guard Technology.
This dragon replaced her goDog Iguana (from PetSmart) that developed a tear in the fur after about 4 months of heavy use. (It was superficial, just the outer fur layer and not the innards, but we disposed of it before she could eat more fur.) She can be pretty rough on her toys and I can never predict if any given toy will last minutes or months. The goDog stuffies definitely fall into the "months" category, even with rough daily use.
Edit: The dragon lasted about 6 months of intensive, hard play before it developed a small tear in the fur. I patched it a couple times, but once my pup discovers a weak spot, it's the kiss of death for any stuffed item. We had to dispose of the dragon (so sad) to keep her from eating any more of the fur. We replaced the dragon with the goDog Chameleon, which is still going strong. I think we will go back to the dragon for our next toy because it's just so darned cute. We gave the dragon to my niece for her golden retriever puppy who is very chew-happy. That dragon is also doing well. You've just gotta love that chew-guard technology. This is one tough toy.

Indestructible Toys My Dobermans ❤️

Actually Respect! goDog Is a Lifesaver
The variety of size and colors are phenomenal 😇
I have two Dobermans — serious, determined power chewers — and I’ve spent years trying to find toys that survive even a few days.
I’ve tried the big brands (Kong, Goughnuts, Jolly Ball, you name it) — and while some toys last a little while, almost everything eventually ends up shredded, de-squeaked, or in pieces.
goDog toys are the ONLY plush toys my Dobermans won’t destroy.
We own multiple goDog toys now — dragons, dinosaurs, lizards — mostly in the large size (perfect for Dobermans), but even a few medium-sized ones hold up surprisingly well.

Surface Fabric is very durable

Surface Fabric is very durable, but the squeaker didn't last two months. I have urged the manufacturer to find a strong more durable squeaker for their product. My dogs really enoys it when the speaker works. One of his 3 work. I have just bought two more he likes them so much. He takes it to bed every night to catch it once or twice before sleeping. Also loves to catch it a few times during the day.
