Die strapazierbaren Buchrücken mit Fadenheftung liegen auch geöffnet vollkommen flach und ermöglichen darüber hinaus das Drehen des Einbands um 360 Grad, um eine stabile Schreibunterlage für unterwegs zu bilden. Alle Flexis verfügen über ein seidenes Lesebändchen und auf der Einbandrückseite befindet sich eine Einstecktasche. Das Schreibpapier, welches aus Zellstoff aus nachhaltiger Forstwirtschaft hergestellt wird, ist gerippt und es wird eine für das Auge angenehme Cremefarbe verwendet. I bought this set to replace a stainless steel set I have after the nickel in the stainless steel cookware starting leeching into my food and causing some pretty severe reactions. I made sure to read the instructions that came with this ceramic-coated cookware before use, and made a note to not heat it on high - I have cast iron for that anyway. I appreciate how light weight this cookware is, and how easy it is to clean with soap and water - I don't put my cookware in the dishwasher. So far it appears to work well making sauces, heating vegetables, cooking pasta, but I do have to plan a little extra time to get water to boil, of course. One thought for the designers - it would be helpful if the lids fit more than 1 pot. It would be nice, for instance, for the large pot lid to fit the large skillet for sauces that need to simmer and/or reduce for a while. Overall, this cookware is an extremely good value and I'd purchase it again.
