Vinifikation:
Er wurde auf einfache Weise hergestellt, wie die vorherigen Jahrgänge, mit natürlichen Hefen und Reifung in gebrauchten und neutralen Fässern mit Hefe für ein Jahr. 

Degustationsnotiz:
Erstaunlich hell, in der Nase schöne aromatische Düfte von Erdbeeren und Preiselbeeren. Dieser Wein ist super elegant und nuanciert, mit einem feinen Gaumen und einem körnigen Geschmacksfaden, sehr schmackhaft, ausgewogen, ernst und lang.
