Druckrutscher für durchgelattete Großsegel:

Das Hauptproblem bei durchgelatteten Großsegeln ist die Aufnahme des Druckes der gespannten Segellatte auf den Mast. In vielen Fällen wird durch diesen Druck die Reibung zwischen Mastnut und Mastrutscher so groß, dass ein Setzen oder Bergen des Segels unmöglich wird Druck-Aufnahme-Rutscher können in keinem Fall Zugbelastungen aufnehmen. Daher dürfen diese Rutscher auf keinen Fall als Kopfbrettrutscher oder im Bereich der Reffpunkte eingesetzt werden, da die Zugbelastung hierbei zu groß ist. Die Rollen der Druck-Aufnahme-Rutscher sollen auf der Rückenfläche der Mastnut oder der Mastschiene laufen, um die Reibung zu verringern. Der Rutscherkörper ist aus hochbelastbaren Nylonmaterial gefertigt, die Platte ist aus Edelstahl 1.4401.
