Im Seitenauswurf wird das zum Mulchen zu lange Gras abgeschnitten und mit hoher Geschwindigkeit nach rechts ausgeworfen, wo es sich in sauberen Reihen ansammelt, bevor es allmählich verwelkt. Im Mulchbetrieb wird das Schnittgut unter dem Mähdeck gehalten und zerkleinert, bevor es durch einen kräftigen Luftstrom wieder in die Grasnarbe gedrückt wird. Es verrottet dann und verschwindet, wodurch der Rasen ohne zusätzliche Kosten mit natürlicher Nahrung versorgt wird.
Der STIGA Tornado 5108 W Rasentraktor verwendet einen luftgekühlten 586 cm³ STIGA-Viertaktmotor, der dank seiner V-Zweizylinderanordnung ein kraftvolles Drehmoment mit weniger Vibrationen bietet. Das Design des Motors sorgt außerdem dafür, dass die Betriebstemperatur minimiert und die Lebensdauer verlängert wird.
Mit einem beachtlichen 108 cm breiten Doppelmesser-Mähdeck ist der Tornado 5108 W eine schnelle und effiziente Art, eine sehr große Fläche zu pflegen.
Ein Schlauchanschluss macht es schnell und einfach, abgestorbenes Gras rund um die Messer und das Mähdeck zu entfernen, während langlebige und energieeffiziente LED-Scheinwerfer zu jeder Tageszeit für eine gute Sicht nach vorne sorgen.
Beim Tornado 5108 W musst du nicht den Gang wechseln - stattdessen wird die Geschwindigkeit, sowohl vorwärts als auch rückwärts, über ein Fußpedal gesteuert. Das optimiert die Manövrierfähigkeit und sorgt dafür, dass du sicher und präzise um und zwischen den Hindernissen mähen kannst.
Diese Version des Tornados wurde unter Berücksichtigung des Fahrerkomforts entwickelt und ist mit einem erhöhten Lenkrad, einem verstellbaren STIGA Classic-Sitz und einem praktischen Getränkehalter ausgestattet.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Vorteil sind die extragroßen 20 Zoll Hinterräder - sie bieten eine hohe Traktion.
Dieses Modell kann wahlweise mit einer Anhängeöse ausgestattet werden, so dass du mit allen für diesen STIGA-Rasentraktor erhältlichen Anbaugeräten arbeiten kannst. Mulchkit, Anhängerkupplung und Batterieladegerät sind separat erhältlich.

Nice hose filter for filling hot tubs

I bought this for filling up my hot tub. It does the trick. Straight tap water was difficult to balance the ph and keep it stable. When I fill the hot tub using the filter, the water is more balanced and easier to maintain. I used it for two 390gal refills before I noticed it was getting slower, so ordered another one. I haven’t used it for drinking water so can’t comment on the taste. It does seem to help with hardness though.

It works

On my bottling buckets, two from different manufacturers, it clamps well and keeps the racking cane out of the sediment at the bottom. It beats running the beer through a tight mesh bag. Lots easier. Should have gotten a racking cane, and a clamp, earlier.
