Zu den bekanntesten Bauten Eiermanns zählen die IBM Hauptverwaltung in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, die Olivetti Zentrale in Frankfurt am Main, das ehemalige Abgeordnetenhochhaus des Deutschen Bundestages in Bonn, vor allem aber die Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche in Berlin.
