ART DER VERARBEITUNG : Sonnenblumenkernöl wird aus den getrockneten Samen von Helianthus annus durch vorherige Lösungsmittelextraktion hergestellt. Das gewonnene Rohöl wird einem Raffinierungsprozess unterzogen, bis ein klares, strohgelbes Öl entsteht, das frei von anomalen Gerüchen und Aromen ist und dessen chemische Eigenschaften den gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen.
HINWEISE ZUR ANWENDUNG : BASSO-Sonnenblumenkernöl sollte vorzugsweise roh verwendet werden, um seinen Vitamin-E-Gehalt voll auszunutzen. Es eignet sich ideal zum Würzen von Salaten oder kalten Gerichten, zur Zubereitung von Gemüsekonserven oder als emulgierende Basis für Saucen. Zum Braten weniger geeignet, da es sich um ein Fett handelt, das bei hohen Temperaturen leicht zerfällt. Kann Spuren von Erdnussöl oder Sojaöl enthalten.
