Das Classic Ikon Brotmesser mit 23 cm Klingenlänge und Präzisions-Doppelwelle setzt neue Maßstäbe beim Schneiden von Brot und Backwaren. Die innovative Doppelwelle – eine zusätzliche Welle innerhalb der eigentlichen Wellenschliffstruktur – sorgt für eine besonders hohe Schärfe, exakte Schnitte und einen deutlich reduzierten Kraftaufwand.

Dank dieser speziellen Schneidengeometrie gleitet das Messer mühelos durch harte Brotkrusten, ohne das Brot zu zerdrücken. Gleichzeitig werden auch Brote mit weicher Kruste oder empfindlicher Oberfläche sauber geschnitten, ohne zu reißen oder auszufransen. Das Ergebnis sind gleichmäßige, präzise Scheiben und ein besonders sauberes Schnittbild.
