Dank der gerändelten Griffflächen hast Du bei deinen Übungen stets einen sicheren Halt. Selbst dann, wenn du bei den letzten schweren Wiederholungen ins Schwitzen kommst.
Das Hantelset umfasst dabei folgende Einzelteile:
- 4 Hantelscheiben à 5 kg (Durchmesser 25,5 cm, Breite 5 cm)
- 4 Hantelscheiben à 2,5 kg (Durchmesser 21 cm, Breite 4,3 cm)
- 1 SZ-Curlhantelstange 120 cm (Gewicht 8 kg) Aufnahmefläche je Seite 18 cm
- 2 Hantelscheiben à 10 kg (Durchmesser 33 cm, Breite 5,7 cm)
- 4 Hantelscheiben à 1,25 kg (Durchmesser 16,5 cm, Breite 3,3 cm)
- 2 Kurzhantelstangen 35 cm (Gewicht je 2,5 kg), Aufnahmefläche je Hantelstange und Seite 10,5 cm

Der Lochdurchmesser der Hantelscheiben beträgt 30/31 mm.
Was gibt es sonst noch über das SZ-Curlset Kunststoff 70 kg wissen?
Das Gewicht der Hantelstangen ist im angegeben Gesamtgewicht enthalten. Dies bedeutet, dass Du bei Ausnutzung der maximalen Gewichte bei den Kurzhanteln auf insgesamt 27,5 kg einfach kommst, oder auf 17,5 kg symmetrisch. Bei der SZ-Stange kommst du auf insgesamt 48 kg.

Heavy duty, excellent quality

I trust the Nylabone brand and would not buy a cheap substitute to save a few bucks. This ring is heavy duty. I got it for our 9-week-old puppy and it keeps her interested and entertained with all the little nubs. She uses it more as a toy than something to chew on, tossing it around and mouthing it. It's very hard so I'm not worried about her being able to chew off any little pieces at this point. This satisfies her for now and helps to keep her busy and reigns in some of her puppy energy. Recommend!
