Wunderschöne Lampe mit fast skulpturalem Ausdruck. Die Lampe aus Messing mit Lampenschirm in Originallackierung wurde von Christian Dell entworfen. Dieses Exemplar ist neu verkabelt und sorgfältig gereinigt und poliert. Die Lampe weist einige altersbedingte Gebrauchsspuren auf und befindet sich insgesamt in einem sehr schönen Vintage-Zustand.

Geschichte: Christian Dell war ein deutscher Designer mit einer spannenden Erfahrung als Silberschmied, was die Liebe zum Detail in seiner Arbeit erklärt. Von 1922 bis 1925 war er als Vorsitzender der Bauhaus-Metallwerkstatt in Weimar tätig. Hier stand Dell hinter einem sehr innovativen und bahnbrechenden Designstil. Der Bauhaus-Stil nimmt in der Kulturgeschichte des 20. Jahrhunderts einen ganz eigenen Platz ein und umfasst Architektur, Design, Kunst und die neuen Medien. Das Bauhaus war eine der ersten Bildungseinrichtungen im Bereich Design und vereinte mehrere der herausragendsten Architekten und Künstler der Zeit.

I am truly amazed. ================================================== Previous review---They arrived in a vacuum seal bag. When you cut the bag and they inflate, they inflate lumpy like. Some areas are thick and some have to fill so, not very good. I am going to try washing them and drying them to see if they fluff up better. Will post the results in a day or two.
