Die Barschule Freiburg steht seit 2019 für Expertise mit allen Spirituosen, und hier präsentieren wir das Ergebnis aus vielen Jahren Entwicklungsarbeit, die mit der einfachen Frage anfing: "Warum gibt es keinen Gin, der mit Grüntee arbeitet?" - Und jetzt gibt es einen. 

Er wird ausschließlich aus Bio-Zutaten in Freiburg handgefertigt, und jede einzelne Flasche wird von Hand befüllt, verschlossen und etikettiert. Natürlich mit extra viel Liebe.

Die Zutaten sind Bio Sensha Grünteeblätter und Bio Zitronen aus Italien, die von Hand geschält und in französischem Dry Gin infusioniert werden. Wir filtern unseren Gin nur grob und destillieren ihn danach nicht nochmal, was ihm einen wundervollen Goldton gibt, und die Geschmäcker herrlich intensiv belässt.

Probiert ihn auf Eis, mit einem klassischen Tonic Water und einer Orangenschale, probiert ihn in eurem Lieblings Gin-Cocktail - oder probiert ihn pur. Zen-Sha bleibt in jeder Kombination schön frisch.

Very easy to use, I like the sleek black design with a loop to hang it from hooks to avoid mess! I've been testing this out for a couple weeks now and it's held up considerably well; the material hasn't lost its shape or taken any ugly creases. Washing is a breeze in the sink - I haven't tried in the washing machine yet, but I feel like it'd hold up. The mitt is not too thick, not too thin, product goes on smooth and even given that the material does the same with your self tanner that, say, a beauty blender would do with your foundation - it soaks up a little bit of product to make sure the overall application goes a long way, and keeps the whole surface looking smooth and even.
