Mit Pastarè ist die Zubereitung von Nudeln schnell und einfach.
Ein paar Augenblicke und ein wenig Fantasie reichen aus, um ein Nudelblatt fachmännisch auszurollen und vollmundige Fettuccine und Tagliolini zu machen, die eines alten emilianischen Rezeptbuchs würdig sind.
Die beiden Schneidwalzen aus Aluminium sorgen für eine längere Lebensdauer und machen Pastarè leichter und handlicher.
Kleines Geheimnis
Den Teig in die richtige Konsistenz zu bringen ist einfach, man muss nur ein paar Tricks kennen:
- Verwenden Sie ein Ei für 100 g Mehl: Je nach Größe der Eier die Menge reduzieren oder erhöhen.
- Bei eifreien Teigen nach und nach Wasser in einer Menge hinzufügen, die der Hälfte des verwendeten Mehls entspricht.
Schließlich verwenden Sie für die richtige Reinigung keine scharfen Gegenstände, sondern eine kleine Bürste.

    It is very glowy. After spraying this on my husband commented on why I was sweating so much 😹 I told him it’s my face mist spf. I have very dry and very sensitive skin and this has not broken me out (yet). I’ve used it for about a week now. I don’t know how much sun protection I’m really getting though.
