Anhand der Übertragungsfolie bzw. des Übertragungspapiers wird das Anbringen des Aufklebers erleichtert. 

Beim Anbringen des Aufklebers ist es wichtig, dass die Temperatur  mindestens +13°C sein soll.

Der Untergrund muss frei von Fett, Staub, Schmutz und anderen Verunreinigungen sein und darf keine schmutzabweisende Eigenschaft wie Wachspolitur usw. besitzen. Nach dem Verkleben und Aktivierung des Aufklebers (je nach Witterungsbedingungen ca. 24h-72h) können sämtliche Pflegemittel wieder verwendet werden. 

- Der Aufkleber ist aus hochwertiger ORACAL Folie hergestellt (Made in Germany)

Many of gummies are not. The tablet format is also very convenient to pack for travel. I have not tried full pill format by any manufacturer.

I purchased these because I understand that the natural production of melatonin decreases drastically after the age of 40. I have been using another brand that much more expensive for a lower dosage. I read the other reviews and decided to give these a try. I have been taking them for about 30 days. I think, I have a good understanding of the pills. It appears that the other brand had a more consistent effect. They sublingual and you would feel drowsy after about 20 minutes. These are slow desolve and take effect after 30 minutes or so. My only issue was consistency. I would say that 90% of the time I would be drowsy. Once or twice a month they would have a minimal effect. They are a stronger dose, 5 mg versus 3 mg of the other product. They are less expensive and they work most of the time.
