Der Monographie Brut ist eine der klarsten und elegantesten Cuvées von Pierre Legras. 100% Chardonnay aus Grand-Cru-Lagen in Chouilly, kombiniert mit einer langen Hefereife und rund 33% Ausbau im Barrique. Das Ergebnis ist ein Blanc de Blancs, der kalkige Spannung mit cremiger Tiefe verbindet.
