Darunter befinden sich 220 Arbeiten der Zeichner Kunisada (1786–1865) und Kuniyoshi (1798–1861), die sich durch ihr fein abgestimmtes Kolorit und die expressiven Gesten der dargestellten Figuren auszeichnen. Die Blätter entführen den Betrachter in eine farbenreiche, fantasievolle Traumwelt und wirken gelegentlich wie frühe Beispiele der heute so beliebten Manga (japanische Comics). Die Publikation bietet die seltene Gelegenheit, Darstellungen beider Künstler zu denselben Themen miteinander zu vergleichen. Die Textbeiträge führen in die Populärkultur Japans im 19. Jahrhundert ein und schlagen die Brücke zur Gegenwart, sie untersuchen Aspekte des Grotesken in der japanischen Kunst, erläutern Legenden sowie Theaterstücke und stellen Arbeitsentwürfe Kuniyoshis vor. Great Shelves Exspecially For the Money

These shelves are very good. The price is great. and they look great in my granddaughter playroom. They are easy to install, and the instructions are very simple. They are study and the length of them are pretty large compared to others I looked at. They are very sturdy if done right. These were bought for an organization shelf wall from the floor to the ceiling. I bought one box and put them up and since then I have bought two more boxes for the rest of the wall

Read the sizes

These look bigger and wider in the photos, but they are small, so read the measurements before buying.
They are not real wood but they are sturdy and look great on my wall! They are easy to put together also. I love them!

Such a good price!

Love them! They are so cute, couple notes. The wood doesn’t come with pre drilled pilot holes for attaching the brackets so you will need a drill/drillbits. It is real wood which impressed me, but outside tools definitely required. Including a level!! The “level” they offer is indeed a bubble in liquid, but it’s about an inch long, 1/2in wide and a cylinder so probably the most useless, cutest level I’ve seen in my life. Otherwise great! They hold exactly what I need.
