Technische Daten:

- Antriebsart: Geradschleifer, Biegwellenantrieb
- Anwendungsempfehlung: Für einen leichten Wechsel der Schleifhülsen diese unter leichter Rechtsdrehung auf- und abziehen. Dabei den Schleifhülsenträger in den Werkzeugantrieb eingespannt lassen. Für einen sicheren Sitz der Schleifhülse die Mindestdrehzahl des Schleifhülsenträgers einhalten. Für den Werkstoff geeignetes Schleiföl verwenden, um die Standzeit und Schleifleistung der Werkzeuge deutlich zu erhöhen. Für beste Leistung bei einer empfohlenen Schnittgeschwindigkeit von 20-30 m/s einsetzen.
- Bearbeitbare Werkstoffe: Gehärtete, vergütete Stähle über 1.200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC), Bronze, Titanlegierungen, Edelstahl (INOX), Titan, Stahlguss, Temperguss, Grau-/Sphäroguss (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS), Nickelbasislegierungen (z. B. Inconell und Hasteloy), Stahlwerkstoffe mit einer Härte > 54 HRC, Stähle bis 1.200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC), Kobaltbasislegierungen
- Bearbeitungsaufgaben: Egalisieren, Stufenweises Feinschleifen, Aufrauen, Schweißnahtbearbeitung, Kantenbearbeitung, Flächenbearbeitung, Schärfen, Entgraten
