    Aufbau dieser Zray-Platine:

    Beim Drop-Stitch-Verfahren werden zwei PVC-Schichten mit Tausenden winziger Polyesterfäden verbunden. Diese Fäden gewährleisten eine gleichbleibende Steifigkeit des Boards im aufgepumpten Zustand. Zray-Boards verfügen über eine doppelte PVC-Schicht an der Kante und ein 4 mm dickes EVA-Pad für zusätzlichen Komfort. Für maximale Steifigkeit bietet Zray außerdem 15 cm dicke Boards an.
