Rebsorte: Chardonnay

Weinbereitung: Alkoholische Gärung in Edelstahltanks mit 24-stündiger Kaltmazeration. Anschliessend 6-monatige Reifung in Edelstahltanks und in 500-l-Eichenfässern.

Degustationsnotiz: Mineralität und Frische sind die charakteristischen Merkmale des "Sotcastèl", zusammen mit Noten von Pflanzen, weissen Pfirsichen, grünem Apfel, Zedernholz und einem Hauch von Küchenkräutern.

Kulinarische Empfehlung: Fischgerichte, mittelgereifter Käse und Sushi.

Alkoholgehalt: 13% Vol.
