Nach umfangreichen Recherchen über die Unterregion Mount Veeder erwarb er hier 1978 rund 225 Hektar Land und gründete eines der wegweisendsten modernen Weingüter in der Region. Das einzigartige Gebirgsterroir steht bei allen Weinen von Hess im Mittelpunkt und verleiht sowohl den Rot- als auch den Weißweinen ein feines Gleichgewicht zwischen Kraft und Eleganz. Der Lion Tamer ist der Spitzname des Malbec auf dem Weingut Hess, da der Weinbaudirektor ihn verwendet, um die kräftigen Tannine von Sorten wie Cabernet Sauvignon und Petite Sirah zu mildern. Dieser Blend vereint die drei Sorten in perfekter Harmonie zusammen mit Zinfandel und Merlot. Nach der Vinifikation wird der junge Wein 22 Monate lang in französischen Eichenfässern gelagert. Schwarze Johannisbeere und dunkle Pflaume dominieren das Bouquet, zusammen mit subtileren Noten von getoasteter Eiche, Gewürzen und Holzrauch vom Fassausbau. Der erste Schluck offenbart einen robusten, vollen Körper, feste, aber gut abgerundete Tannine und einen langen Abgang, gewürzt mit reichen dunklen Früchten. Das kräftige und doch zugängliche Geschmacksprofil macht diesen Wein ideal, um ihn noch ein paar Jahre im Keller zu lagern oder ihn jetzt zu herzhaften roten Fleischgerichten zu genießen.Shipping Notes

High Quality Product, especially for the low price point

Very High Quality Strip Lights that can easily be adapted to any environment, fitting in even very small areas. The adhesive material on the back provides strong adhesion to most surfaces, with some common exceptions. They are more than stable in the vast majority of environments, and the remote control, either the provided one or the digital app works extremely easily to provide a good experience. The colors are vibrant and bright and can be controlled or dimmed easily.

Before you return it like I almost did...Out of the box it seems like the beginning ~10 lights and the ending ~10 lights don't light up. I only figured it out because both my orders had the same problem. It's a setting in the app. It makes no sense for them to ship it with just the middle lights on and the ends off, but they did. I changed the setting in the app and all lights lit up. I'm amazed at how nice these lights are for the price-point. Adhesive was fine, all lights work, ridiculous amount of settings and flexibility and customization.
