Really Nice Hydrating Toner Pads

At 52, post-menopausal, with dry and increasingly sensitive skin, I’m very selective about toner pads. Many of them either feel too thin and ineffective or too active and irritating. They’re not dripping, but they hold enough product to comfortably treat the entire face. The gel texture also makes them feel a little more substantial than typical toner pads, which I really like. They feel cooling and comfortable on the skin. What I notice most after using them is how hydrated and slightly plumped my skin looks.
