Nase:

Im Duft zeigt sich der 2022er Dernauer Hardtberg mit malzigen Noten, etwas Zedernholz, Leder, Tabak und viel Umami. Mit dem nötigen Sauerstoff betören kleine dunkle Beeren, Preiselbeeren und Feigen die Nase. Ein Wein mit wunderbaren Anlagen, der Sauerstoff und Zeit benötigt um sich vollends zu öffnen.

Gaumen:

Auf der Zunge spielt er erneut das Umami Thema, der Eindruck von Fleischbrühe und Sojasauce zeigt sich in seiner Jugend all gegenwärtig. Die saftigen Fruchtnoten von Pflaume, Brombeere und dunkler Kirsche umranden alles wunderschön. Grill und Schmorgerichte sind hier Trumpf. Sehr gutes Reifepotential!

Leicht gekühlt, dekantiert mit ausreichend Vorlauf aus Burgundergläsern genießen.
