Nehme täglich 1 Portion zu der von Ihnen bevorzugten Zeit zu dir: vor oder nach dem Training oder vor dem Schlafengehen.
Kann Spuren von Milch-Soja- und Eiproteinen, Nüssen, Erdnüssen sowie Gluten enthalten.
Ausserhalb der Reichweite von kleinen Kindern aufbewahren. Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge darf nicht überschritten werden. Good for beginners

The gloves are not the greatest, the ones I received with my tumbler press are definitely nicer quality. The tape dispenser is constantly coming apart which is an easy fix but does get annoying at times. Overall it’s a cheap set of items that help with various sublimation items. Based on what you pay vs what you get, it’s worth it.
